How the cache is protected
Stable policy and catalog data stay first. Customer-specific state stays last.
The dashboard reports cached input tokens returned by the
provider. Stable instructions and tools are kept as an exact
prefix; customer state remains last. Identical-response caching is
deliberately disabled for live personalized chats.

SendPulse Inbox connection
Text and images use SendPulse. Instagram voice and video use Meta's native Messages API because SendPulse rejects those media types.
A manual agent reply pauses SendPulse automation for 24 hours.
Native Instagram audio requires an Instagram Login token with
instagram_business_manage_messages. Tokens are encrypted and
never displayed again.
Conversation behavior
One setting controls automatic replies and staff rewrite previews.
